vXv Policies
1. Deposit is non-refundable. If cancellation occurs, the deposit will be applied to a future session. 2. Travel fees outside RDU area will be applied to booking request. Travel fees: $50 per 100 mile radius of RDU (Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Chapel Hill). 3. Product(s) will be delivered via digital file within 14 days of event, unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon by all parties. 4. Client(s) agree to download product(s) received via digital file within 30 days of receiving link to digital file. 5. Client(s) understand the digital file containing product(s) will expire in 60 days from date of receiving link to digital file, and client may lose access to product(s) via digital file link.
